I had a great car-buying experience at Cutter Mazda Honolulu! It was time for me to replace my Mazda3 Hatchback. The car had served me well, driving from Kaneohe to Kaimuki for work every day. It's why I decided to go with Mazda again. My main criterion was that I needed a car with comparable trunk space. I started looking at the 2024 cars in October 2023. The salesperson, Derin, was patient and helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Johnny, his manager, was great about checking in with me to see how everything was going. Christmas came early for me in mid-December! My Mazda CX-5 arrived! I am tremendously happy with the color and features included with the car. Steve, the finance manager, helped me complete the paperwork efficiently. He answered any questions I had along the way. I'm happy I found a car with the space I wanted. I feel safe and comfortable, and I enjoy the features included. Absolutely recommend Cutter Mazda Honolulu to people looking to purchase their next car.

Amazing service at Cutter Mazda of Honolulu! Nohili initially reached out upon making an online inquiry and was very accommodating. I appreciated his thorough follow up especially because it’s difficult to find the time in the day to answer calls and we set an appointment. Our sales rep. Brian took care of us and was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We didn’t feel rushed while we took our time examining the interior/ exterior and taking it for test drives. Steve, the finance manager made the transaction seamless and painless. It’s great we didn’t have to go through the typical paperwork you might expect. My experience buying my 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring at Cutter Mazda was great! Be sure to request to work with Yosuke! He is a great sales agent who cares about his customers and helps them find the car that they will enjoy driving and matches their needs! He was supportive and helpful the whole way and never pushed me to buy anything. He helped me consider several different vehicles and even went to their other location to get one for me to test drive. I ended up going for the one that I felt the best driving and am happy with my choice. I feel they also were willing to work with me to meet in the middle at a great price. After my purchase he handled the whole shipping process of the car from Honolulu back to Maui for me and handled all the paperwork in just one week. I have been to various cutters because one of the things I hate the most is the process of buying cars so I usually walk away; However, Cutter Mazda made it super simple and way less stressful. The whole staff is friendly and very welcoming. During the whole process from start to end Dimitri, my sales person, was very helpful and accommodated me with my car needs and any questions I had. which were a lot. Peter, the manager also provided me with so much help. He's very knowledgeable. When I'm ready to purchase me next car I will definitely comeback!
